Meg Ann McConnell, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on December 20, 2025. She was born on September 25, 1959, in Boston, Massachusetts.

Meg grew up in Newton, Massachusetts, where she attended school before settling in Boston’s Beacon Hill neighborhood. It was there that she met the love of her life, John McConnell. Together, they built a life rooted in partnership, warmth, faith, and family. After their years in the city, Meg and John moved to Wayland, where they raised their three children and created a home filled with love, laughter, and deep connection. One of Meg’s most treasured traditions was gathering her family around the dinner table each night — always set with candlelight — a simple ritual that reflected the care and intention she brought to everyday life.
