More than an art class or vision board workshop, this is a hands-on experience that helps you regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and rewire your inner state through non-verbal creative expression. Using rhythm, bilateral movement, gratitude practices, and guided reflection, participants build a 2026 vision from a calm, aligned, and empowered place. No art experience required —

Mindfulness & Art: Brain Rewired is a 6-week experiential series designed to cultivate presence, emotional regulation, and creative resilience. Led by instructor Isabel Zhang at Arts Wayland, this unique program invites participants to explore mindfulness through guided meditation, reflective prompts, and neurographic art—an intuitive, calming art practice that gently engages the brain and nervous system. No prior art experience is needed. Each session offers a supportive space to stay present with discomfort, build flexibility and self-trust, and move forward with greater intention—both on the page and in daily life. Using discarded architectural samples, participants will explore transformation, balance, and creative reuse—turning overlooked materials into meaningful, functional art. Inspired by Bauhaus principles and her roots in 1970s Caracas, Lilimarq’s work blends color, geometry, and intention into poetic statements on renewal and ecological awareness.
