    Two gas stations in the Cochituate area were broke Two gas stations in the Cochituate area were broken into late Tuesday night in what police described as a rare pair of back-to-back incidents.

According to the Wayland Police Department, the first break-in occurred around 11 p.m. at the Sunoco station at 19 Main St.reet, followed shortly before midnight by a second break-in at the Mobil station at 315 Commonwealth Road (Route 30).

After a public hearing, the board voted to approve a change of stock, officers, and manager for Liquor World, 302 Commonwealth Road. The store will be rebranded as Liquor Hub. Attorney Matthew Porter explained that Nitant Raval, previously 50 percent owner, is acquiring full ownership.
