Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2025

10:21 a.m. A caller reported suspicious activity when she stated that a credit card had been opened in her name; later, an officer located the card and planned to contact the owner.

10:51 a.m. A 911 call from a residence on 134 Boston Post Road led to a medical response, and the patient was transported to the hospital.

5:31 p.m. A 911 caller reported erratic driving behavior on 392 Commonwealth Road, noting that marked lanes were observed.

9:47 p.m. A 911 call from The Carriage House led to the transport of a patient to the hospital.

Thursday, Feb. 20

1:40 a.m. A 911 call was received from Sunrise Assisted Living on Commonwealth Road. Although medical concerns were reported, the patient refused transport.

9:06 a.m. A residence on Hearthstone Circle had its alarm activated, prompting officers to secure the property.

10:19 a.m. Another 911 call from a residence on Holiday Road resulted in a medical transport, with the patient being taken to the hospital after response by EMS and fire units.

2:11 p.m. A caller on Glen Road reported that two operators on a snowmobile were seen traveling along the rail trail; Weston PD was notified.

Friday, Feb. 21

10:27 a.m. A call regarding a suspicious person at 1 Old Connecticut Path was logged. Officers noted the presence of an individual of interest during the early morning hours.

5:29 p.m. A call reported downed wires and arcing at a location near 262 Pelham Island Road. Officers attended the scene to verify the situation and ensure safety.

10:43 p.m. A disabled motor vehicle was checked on Main Street near 7 Sunset Road. Officers determined that the vehicle was associated with an UberEats driver.

Saturday, Feb. 22

4:56 p.m. A property damage report was logged from 44 Glezen Ln in the North district after a caller reported damage to her fence.

10:16 p.m. A suspicious activity call was received from 4 Bald Rock Rd in the South district. The caller requested to speak with an officer regarding activity observed on a ring camera.

11:12 p.m. A motor vehicle crash was reported from 57 Stonebridge Rd in the South district. EMS and fire units responded, and the patient was transported to the hospital.

Sunday, Feb. 23

5:29 p.m. A caller reported downed or arcing wires in the vicinity of 262 Pelham Island Rd. Officers responded and confirmed the presence of a tree limb on the wires; the electric company was notified at 5:00 p.m.

6:00 p.m. A motor vehicle stop report was initiated at Sandy Burr Country Club (103 Cochituate Rd) in the North district. Officers stopped a black 2017 Toyota Tacoma, which was subsequently towed for further investigation.

5:25 p.m. Officers initiated a motor vehicle stop report near the First Parish Church (Unitarian) at 225 Boston Post Rd in the North district. The involved vehicle, a black 2010 Toyota Se Corolla, was towed by C B K Towing and the incident was referred to further investigation.

Monday, Feb. 24

8:20 a.m. A 911 call was received from TD Bank at 57 Main Street. Officers responded to the reported crash. Two vehicles were involved: a white 2023 Dodge Durango and a gray 2020 Honda Pilot.

12:06 p.m. A 911 call from The Residence at Paine Estate on 10 Green Way prompted a medical response. Fire unit E2-Pumper-Engine 2 and EMS A1-Ambulance 1 responded, and the patient was transported from Wayland to Newton Wellesley.

12:03 p.m. A call was placed from 81 Draper Rd reporting suspicious activity. The caller noted that three panel vans were parked outside with visible trash on the property, raising concerns about possible squatting. The scene was checked, and all vehicles were determined to be on private property.

Tuesday, Feb. 25

9:07 p.m. A 911 call led to the arrest of a 24-year-old driver identified as Alec Dalton, who was charged with OUI and negligent operation.

11:55 a.m. A caller reported that his subcontractors’ tools were stolen from a job site sometime between 5:30 p.m. last night and this morning.

11:56 a.m. A walk-in complaint was received regarding damage to a mailbox at Rice Rd. The caller requested to speak with an officer about the damage.

Wednesday, Feb. 26

1:46 a.m. A 911 call was received from 37 Barney Hill Rd. Multiple units responded, resulting in the patient being transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.
