Take the Wayland Post with you while you’re traveling or staying at your vacation home. We publish our digital version on the Monday after the biweekly print distribution. To access our digital version, go to www.waylandpost.org.

The site is organized into sections covering news, sports, and events, with subcategories for arts, business, schools, obituaries, public safety logs, and real estate transactions. Residents can follow local developments ranging from school activities and lunch menus to town initiatives. A separate sports section highlights athletic results and features.

A key feature is the site’s coverage of municipal meetings. Full transcripts are published alongside WayCAM video recordings, allowing residents to either watch proceedings in full or review searchable text for specific discussions on zoning, budgets, or policy decisions. This creates a permanent record that supplements official town postings and broadens access to local government.

The Wayland Post also maintains an events calendar with cultural and civic listings, as well as a “Wayland 411” archive of reference materials and past coverage. These tools provide background on prior decisions and details on upcoming programs.

In addition to reporting, the website invites community participation. Residents can submit stories or announcements, volunteer as contributors, or support the operation through donations and advertising. By combining community reporting with municipal transcripts, video access, and event listings,.waylandpost.org functions as both a traditional local newspaper and a civic record for Wayland.
