Under beautiful sunny skies, the Wayland Dads hosted their ninth annual Wayland Dads Inaugural Golf Tournament at Sandy Burr to kick off Father’s Day weekend in style. The June 13 sellout event continued the group’s strong tradition of friendly competition tightly linked with community support. The annual event brings together Wayland Dads members with golfers in the wider community.

“The Wayland Dads Annual Inaugural Golf Tournament is one of the best days of the year! Outstanding golfers, sponsors and volunteers make this truly a special day celebrating the amazing community we have in Wayland,” Jason Taunton-Rigby, Wayland Dads Golf commissioner, and Scott Walters, founder of Wayland Dads, said in a statement. “This year we are proud to be donating $5,000 to the Eliza J. Norton Foundation and $1,000 to Wayland Boosters.”
