WaylandCAN to Host Award-Winning Writer Dylan Marron for Community Conversation on Bridging Divides Wayland, MA — February 23, 2026, Wayland Community Action Network (WaylandCAN) will host award-winning writer and producer Dylan Marron for a community-wide event on Monday, March 30th 7- 8:30 p.m. at the Wayland High School Auditorium. The evening event will focus on how to engage in respectful conversations across differences, an especially timely topic in light of recent events in town. INSTRUMENT EXPLORERS - age 4.5 - 6 with a caregiver For children who have outgrown early childhood music classes, and are ALMOST READY for formal study. Getting ready to start an instrument, but not sure which one to choose? Students will meet* a different instrument each week (piano, violin, viola, cello, flute, harp and guitar), and have a chance to try each one. They will also experience concepts of musical language, and some very basic music theory, through hands-on games, singing, and listening activities - all of which prepare them for confident instrument study.
