    Hoops for a Home Court 3v3 Basketball Tournament Saturday, Dec 6th, Wayland Middle School & Wayland High School Boys and Girls – 1st through 8th grade (8 grade-based groups) Registration fee is $40 per player Last year, we ran the very successful inaugural Hoops for a Home Court 3v3. We had more than 120 boys and girls make up 30+ teams covering grades 1 through 8. We raised over $22,000 in our fundraising effort. More importantly, the kids had a blast.   • Public Forum on Accessory Dwelling Units

    A new state law has made it easier for Massachusetts homeowners to create a second smaller dwelling unit on their property. Known as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), these small apartments can be free-standing; reconfigured out of the home’s existing space; be an extension to the existing home; or created through a garage conversion or addition. Speakers will include individuals with specialized knowledge and various town officials and committee members who will help homeowners understand the new law and the steps they would need to follow to create an ADU on their property.
