    Wayland Concert Series presents the ensemble Primary Duo, featuring pianist Sarah Bob and percussionist Aaron Trant. The program will include works by Boston-based Black composers Montathi Masebe and Anthony Green. Sarah and Aaron will be joined by Waylander Charlie Anderson for the world premiere of a new arrangement of Mieczyslaw Weinberg's Trumpet Concerto for trumpet, piano, and percussion. The concert is free and open to all.

    Please join Wayland Community Action Network (WaylandCAN) on Saturday, December 6, from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at Sandy Burr Country Club for A Roaring Night of Connection — a community fundraising celebration. The evening will open with live jazz from the WHS Jazz Band, appetizers, an engaging facilitated conversation designed to foster connection, a silent auction, and a preview of upcoming WaylandCAN events and workshops. Later in the night, guests can enjoy dancing to a live DJ, a cash bar, and plenty of time to mingle and celebrate.
