While today’s storm isn’t a typical winter storm with snow or ice, there have been more than a dozen road closures around Wayland due to the deluge of rain and the strong wind gusts.

The town has also set up the Council on Aging/Community Center, 8 Albert Ave., as a warming center for those who have lost power, open until 5 p.m.

For a full list of road closures, visit the town website.
