Mindfulness & Art: Brain Rewired is a 6-week experiential series designed to cultivate presence, emotional regulation, and creative resilience. Led by instructor Isabel Zhang at Arts Wayland, this unique program invites participants to explore mindfulness through guided meditation, reflective prompts, and neurographic art—an intuitive, calming art practice that gently engages the brain and nervous system.
