“Out Until Dark” The Home Team Exhibit Opening Reception

This fall the museum opens The Home Team, a year-long look at Wayland through the lens of sport, community, and belonging. The historic period rooms are still here to visit, same as always. We’re just expanding the stories we share alongside them. Four quarters, three months each, and numerous stories and reasons to come back to the museum again, and again. The opening and exhibit is open to all ages and free.

Donations benefit the Wayland Museum, an independent non-profit, become a member and catch the whole arc of events:
Fall 2026: “Out Until Dark.” What did you play?
Winter 2026–27: “No I in Team.” Who gets to play?
Spring 2027: “The People Who Made It Possible.” Who built it?
Summer 2027: “Your Home Team.” Who do we want to be?
