Philip Parks here.
Steve Klippgood here.
Phil McNeely here.
Right. We have a quorum. We're here. And it's 6.03. Do we have any one in the waiting room for public comment?
Hello, Robbie. Robbie, do you hear that?
Stephen Foley, you want to do me a favor and run down the hall and see if you see Robbie down there at all?
No worries.
Sorry, folks. No worries. No worries.
I would move along, assuming we have no public comment. All right. So with that, Rob, we'll hand it off to you for the first agenda item, reviewing minutes. Thank you. I'm on page two in your package. Board of Assessor minutes for an open session on Monday, November 3rd. It's page two and three in your package. I have no questions. All right. Do I have, we're going to, I guess, vote for a motion to accept these minutes. Do I have a motion? I move to accept the minutes from November 3rd, 2025, 6 p.m., as presented on this two-page document. Doug McNeely second. Anybody roll for a vote? Steve Klippgood, yes. Doug McNeely, yes. Philip Parks, yes. Thank you. Thank you.
Yes. Robbie. Hi. Hello. So the attendees are in, can I get over, or what's the deal? Is there any public comment? I haven't checked yet. I can get it right now. Just starting out. I'm two minutes right at the same time. Okay. We just wanted to make sure there was no public comment. We have moved on. Okay. Let's just make sure. If someone said you had no audio, someone had no audio. Okay. You good? Okay. Thank you, sir. All right. You're welcome.
I'm on page four. Open session minutes for board meeting on Monday, November 17th. One page only. Again, page four.
Again, no problem. No questions on my end. No questions? I move that we accept the meetings from Monday, November 17th, 2025, as presented.
Doug McNeely second. And my roll call vote. Steve Klicquard, yes. Doug McNeely, yes. And Philip Park, yes. Unanimous. Thank you. We're on page five in your package. This is an open session, open session minutes for Thursday, November 20th, 2025. One page only. Again, page five in your package.
Any questions on this one? No questions? Great. I move that we accept the meeting, the minutes from the meeting on November, Thursday, November 20th, 2025, as presented. Doug McNeely second. And my roll call vote. Steve Klicquard, yes. Doug McNeely, yes. And Philip Park, yes. Thank you. Unanimous. I'm on page six. This is a summary of fiscal year 2026 actual taxes.
Light items include real estate, personal property, income and expense fines, Community Preservation Act tax, lien fee, water lien, water lien interest, wastewater lien, wastewater lien, lien interest, WWTC Betterment and WWTC Betterment interest. There is a individual commitment for all of these line items. They're found on page 14. So on page 14, we have the commitment for real estate. 15, we have personal property. 16, we have the IME fines. On page 17, the CPA. On page 18, the lien fee. On page 19, the water lien. On page 20, water lien interest. On page 21, wastewater lien. On page 22, wastewater lien interest. And on page 23, WWTC Betterment. And finally, on page 24, WWTC Betterment interest. If we go back to page 6, we're back at the summary. I guess I would ask the chair to request a motion to do the light item totals on this summary page. And I'll carry all the signatures to the individual commitment pages, if that's okay with the board. Yeah, so that's pages 15 through 24. Did I get that right? 14 through 24 are the individual commitments. Got it. Okay, so let me try to see what helped. I'll ask for a motion, please, to accept this memo that reports a line item total of $46,617,082.69. It's reflected in the materials included in our packet from page 14 to 24. I move to accept this memo summary and carry it over to the individual pages for them for the December 8, 2025 memo to the town accountant relating to the commitments, as shown below, for real estate tax, personal property tax, income and expense fines, Community Preservation Tax Act, lien fees, water lien, water lien interest, water, wastewater lien, wastewater lien interest, wastewater TC Betterment and wastewater TC Betterment interest. For all that 2026 actual total total total totaling $46,617,082.69. Kevin McNeely second. And by roll call, though. Steve Clifford, yes. Kevin McNeely, yes. And Philip Parks, yes. Unanimous. Thank you. Directors review and update of office activities at 6-11. Just want to let the board know that the office is busy putting together income and expense forms for fiscal 27, as well as forms of list and charitable forms. We'll mail those as courtesy mailers Tuesday, December 30th for return by March 2, 2026. Nothing else to share as far as office activities.
Wondering if there's any topics not reasonably anticipated prior to this meeting?
None here. None here. Thank you. Are there any board members' thoughts and concerns?
None. None for me. Our proposed next meeting would be Monday, January 5, 2026, an open session and an executive session. At this point, the office has nothing else to share with the board. So if you would like to, Philip, if you'd like to ask for a motion to adjourn, we're all set here. And we'll adjourn into executive session, correct? Yes, please. So you'll have to read the preamble to why we're going into executive session. Will do. All right.
So what I'll do is I'll just read the preamble and then we'll have a roll call vote to exit. Does that sound like that? Yes, please. Yep. So we're going to exit this meeting into executive session. For purposes of complying with GLC 59, Section 60, and GLC 214, Section 1, Bravo, as permitted by Purpose 7 of GLC 30A, Section 21A, to review and discuss minutes from November 3, 2025, 630 executive session. We'll review those to accept and release. We'll review motor vehicle abatements for the month of November, and we'll have a vote to accept those abatements. We'll review the fiscal year, 2026, senior tax workoff participants abatements in that tax amount. We'll vote to accept those. We'll review the fiscal year, 26 abatements, gross amount, and overlay, and a vote to accept. And finally, we'll review the 20, is that the 2026, or is it just the real estate re-assessments? There would have been multiple years, 20. Got it. XX. So we'll review real estate re-assessments for multiple years, and we will not return to open meeting. So by a roll call vote, we'll exit. Steve Kutgaard, yes. Kevin McNeely, yes. And Philip Park, yes. Thank you. Thank you.
Right. We have a quorum. We're here. And it's 6.03. Do we have any one in the waiting room for public comment?
