September 24, 2026 - Design Review Board
So it's 7.30. Good evening. This is the Design Review Advisory Board, meeting number five for this year.
And we have present Tanya Person and Ann Gordon and myself, the chair of the board. I'm calling the meeting to order and I presume there's no public comment. You'll wait until we have your case come up, which is right up here. So the first item of business is the review of the draft meeting notes from the last meeting we had.
I don't know what you have on your agenda. Is it say February 17th? That was supposed to be corrected on June 2nd. I was corrected, but this is a print of the old one. And the agenda is on the page right behind that. It's right behind that agenda. That's... I don't know what I wrote it, so it may be... It's really up to you to see if there's anything in there that you think might be neat. And then this is... This should have been corrected, too. Oh, that's correct. Okay.
Yeah. So, do you want to make a motion?
I second the motion to approve the meeting notes. You are allowed, even though you weren't here. You're allowed to.
I feel I should have stayed since I wasn't here. You should have stayed. Although that's a quirky thing. Technically, we're a five-person board. And together, the majority, we have to have three votes for it. So, I would ask you not to obtain. I'm staying because truly might object that we have not gotten the form.
So, I second all those in favor. I go through it. I get signed it. Yes. And? Yes. Okay. And I say yes. So, it's 3-0-0. And that closes that discussion. The next one is 114-122 Main Street.
Mark.
Gravy. Hi. Who is representing the signage company? Yes.
And you have in your packet. It's this application. That is the most pages of it. Let the designer describe your own intention. Okay. Sure. So, the intention is we're going to build. We would like to build a sign 24 inches tall by 144 inches long. I brought some material samples with me. Because sometimes it's just easier to check them out than to actually describe them. So, I can kind of show you how it works and pass them around if you want to check them out. So, the lettering on the sign would be a raised dimensional letter. So, those will be about 3-4 inches thick rather than just flat on the sign. I'll give it just kind of a nice dimensional look. And so, I spoke with the owner of the plaza. There's five different storefronts. And he would like to have each of the signs would have the same size and the same look and feel. You know, they could be individualized by each of the tenants that are there. But, overall, they would like to have the same look and feel. The same frame. You know, you have a black frame board that goes around it. I tried to sell him on everybody to have a white face. But, he thought everybody should have a choice of what color they would want to go with. So, he's open to that. But, for these clients here, they wanted white. And so, that's it. It's pretty basic. The black part that you see around the edge of the sign, it would be actually, it's a metal material that's aluminum. And, this is the way it looks here, so this is the face of the sign, and it just kind of fits right over the top, so, it's a nice look. I've got a whole big piece in here, so I just kind of brought some things in. You can take a look at it if you want. And what are the dimensions of that? So, this is just a sample piece. But, that... What are they on this one? They have that black... That would be this size? Exactly. So, this black trim that goes around it would be that... That surrounds that whole thing. Oh, it's a frame. That's a frame. And it goes... It goes just like that. Exactly. Yep. So, this is the corner. What is this material? So, that's aluminum. It's an aluminum face, and it's got a PVC core on it. So, there's nothing ever really to rot or deteriorate. It's all metal and artificial material. So, there's no wood or anything, so, nothing really to fall apart. It's just kind of a water look, but it's also kind of classic as well. And that's kind of it. And the pizza sticks up over the frame in the corner? Yes. Yeah. Just a little bit. If you can see in the window, they have a temporary sign there. That's their actual logo. They wanted to try to make that work as much as they could, but it just doesn't work because the space is so long and rectangular. Right. And that logo is just a circle. But if you see in the logo how that pizza is actually sticking out of the circle, they kind of really like that look. I like it too. Yeah. And I think it just gives it a little character, a little dimension as well. Do you have any questions, Tonya? No. Actually, would the frame be behind that character? How would you do it? Yeah. That's a good question. Is that the same thickness as the mortar? Or is it... Yeah. So, the way it would be done... Yeah. So, the way it would be done is this Statue of Liberty character would be three quarters inch thick. But what we would do is behind her, just this portion that is inside of the white area, we would cut an eighth inch, or sorry, a quarter inch thick exact duplicate of that. And that would be attached to the sign first. And that would make up that thickness. So, it's just a shim that goes behind that Statue of Liberty. You would never actually see it. It just kind of allows it to be a little bit thicker in that spot so that it could go right over the top. It goes over the top of the frame. The pizza does. Yeah. And it is then... The pizza is how thick? Three quarters inch. That's three quarters? Yes. Do you have any questions? How is the sign attached to the building? So, behind this flat frame, this is how the frame is. And this is actually the structural material of the sign. This would be the entire height and length of the sign. And so, this would be, you go, you know, so this would be on here. Right. Like this. And we screw right through, directly through here into the building. I see. So, the screws are here right there. The beauty of this frame is, it goes on and it covers all the hardware. So, you could never see any of the screws. You would never know how that's hung up. You'd say, well, geez, how is that screwed to the wall? Yeah. You never see any hardware. It's all going to be hidden by that. So, it's screwed to a blocking? Are you putting blocking behind there for it to screw to? No. To the stud framing? To the stud framing. So, you have to know where the studs are. Oh, yes. Yeah. So, that's a wood piece. What were the bricks? It's not wood. PVC? Yeah, PVC. What is the material you're screwing to there? The material of the building? That's like a PVC backer material. That's what you were just talking about? Yeah. Yes. Like ASAC? ASAC, yes. And is this the same white color as the white that you have on the sign? This would be the exact color. As the building? Well, I don't know if it's an exact match to the building. But the thing is, is every single tenant is going to have a different color. So, some may have blue, some may have green, some may have yellow, and some may have white. But not all are going to have white. Are you doing all the signs? Yes. Oh. Well, that's handy. Yeah. Well, that way at least they all match. So, the landlord wanted to make sure that everything, all the materials and everything is going to be the exact same. So, everything will match. I know you're doing the signage. Are you doing anything with the lighting? Probably not, right? No, not at all. But we usually ask the applicant what kind of light fixtures they're using. Can you get back to us with that information? I can. These are already pre-existing. Some of these light fixtures are all. Oh, these are what's already there? They're already there. Yes. But the whole facade is new. It is. But the whole facade is new. Yeah, but the whole facade is new. I was surprised. Everything is new. The whole facade is new and those light fixtures are already in place over each individual storefront has their own goose neck lighting. Okay. And did you say that all the signs would be the same dimensions? Yes. Yeah. That's nice. Yeah, I think so. I'll tell you, there'll be a line out the door when Liberty Pizza opens up again. Is that a popular spot? It is. I haven't had it yet, so I'm looking forward to trying it. Yeah. It is good. Yeah. So are they planning to leave that other sign in the window there like that? No. Once they open, that'll go. That's just kind of letting the people of the town know that they're on the way. I think you've got to be pretty close to opening. Last I was there was a few months ago and it looked like they were getting close. Good. Yeah. I don't think it's going to be any time now. Any other questions? Move the application. I'll listen to the paper. I'll turn it. Thank you for coming in. Thank you for coming in. Thank you for coming in. Thank you for coming in. Thank you for coming in. Thank you for coming in. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I don't think it's going to be any time now. I don't think it's going to be any time now. Any other questions? Move the application. I'll listen to the paper. I'll turn it. Thank you for coming in. Thank you for coming. Now is this the building prevents a separate process or? It is. We're basically just advisory and we will issue a memo to the building and the building department. Meeting notes basically of what this meeting was. Okay. They're the ones with the power. And so then basically with having listened to our advice, you proceed to apply. Okay. And it's a separate process. Thank you for coming in. Thank you for coming in. Thank you for coming in. Thank you for coming. Now is this the building prevents a separate process or? It is. Okay. We're basically just advisory and we will issue a memo to the building department. Meeting notes basically of what this meeting was. Okay. They're the ones with the power. And having listened to our advice, you proceed to apply. Okay. And it's a zoning board really usually the body that approves the sign design. Zoning board. Okay. I'll take it up with that. Thank you very much for coming in. Thank you for coming in. Just so you know, the building inspector is in charge of the zoning. So basically, he is going to the inspector. Okay. And then he'll set up where the rest is. I'll be in touch with him probably next week then. Okay. All right. Thank you very much. Thank you. Have a good evening. You too. The next item on the engine is the review of the application for Happy Hollow. That's just so you know what it is. Robert laughed it out. He actually asked one of these for each of you. I was hoping he would put it in our packet. But because they were removed today, I want you to look at that actually. Those two sheets. The only thing of significance to us, I think, will be this site plan. This is on Route 126. So it's an old Connecticut path intersection with Castle Road. It's a one-block-long dead-end street. I know where it is. Right. You know where it is? Okay. Are you talking about Castle Gate? Okay. Just Castle Road. Oh, okay. That's not... It's right near... 126. Yeah. Yeah. The issue is... I've kind of marked in yellow. One is... I couldn't tell from this. The graphics are terrible. They're all the same line way. So you can't really tell what's the road and what's the plumbing. So the road is... Here's one... Here's Castle Road. 126 continues across here. And the intersection is... Right... Right there is the curb. The... If you go to the site, which I did... It's actually... And the neighbors are really concerned about this. It's a really dangerous intersection. Because... 126 curves around like this. It goes up a hill. And so... And when you're at this... And I almost got hit pulling out. Because you have like two seconds to get out of the way. Because cars are booming down there 40 miles away. Don't see you. Don't know there's a street there. And then just come whipping right in. So it's a dangerous intersection. And... And therefore sight lines that might be blocked. By building this project. Right out here on the corner. Are... You know... Being studied. And I asked DPW to do the math on it. And figure out... Whether... And then the thing that... When they have... This is from the... Planning Board meeting. They showed... This other yellow line is a fence. They were putting in a high... Six foot high fence. For security reasons. Around the whole site. And... That... That is awfully close. To that intersection. I think it would block. And... Anybody coming this way. Wouldn't see that... Car until it was in really late. So... This building is quite far away. But... If they go... The fence... The fence is a problem. So I was able to talk them into... Bringing the fence back... Somewhere here. Like... Off the... Off the... Off the building. What is the purpose of the fence? Well... That's why I asked him. Well... He said... We don't want anybody looking at what we're doing. We're worried about... Because it's a... Water pump for the... Town water. Wow. They're worried about vandalism. Or terrorism. Sure. And... It could happen anywhere, I guess. So... It's a very remote possibility here. But... So... What they want to do is... They agree. They really only want to secure... The... Generator back here. So that they... They can... Pull the fence back... That far. They don't need the fence way out here. So that's... Step one. And they're coming before us... So the next Tuesday. Because they haven't had a case of re-growing either. Um... Two... As... The landscaping. They didn't show... They didn't... Thought about landscaping. I want to make sure they had enough room on their property line. To allow for some screening. Visual screening of... This property. And make it look residential. As much as possible. It's smaller than a regular house. But... They have it designed in there. The Monopoly house. They probably need to pull this side of the fence back... Well, this is all blue ground. That's... No. This fence line. Yeah. Yeah. Fence line would start here. And go that way. Yeah. Pull it back. Pull it back. Yeah. The road is way over here. Here's the curb. It's pretty far. I mean... They're going to study that and determine... They're 30 feet back from their property line and another 12 feet or so from the curb. It may... And they're going to do the math on it and figure out how far and how high the fence city. But... But I... I agree that this is too close for landscaping. Because if they want to put landscaping here and they can't put it over this, I presume it can't. And that nothing will grow. Yeah. And then they need to shift the whole thing over. They probably don't want to have landscaping inside for security reason because it will block whatever view they... Clear view that they need. So they need to pull it back and have landscaping outside. Yeah. I think they may have to. And that's what they're going to come back to us on Tuesday. Okay. A revised plan. Now the other thing I haven't talked about is... Now I couldn't put it over here. There's a butter here. And... Every time we do a commercial property, they are... You have to consider this a commercial property. You know, it's a town property. They're obligated to screen whatever they're building from residential butters. So they really should put some landscape screening along this town. Uh huh. Uh huh. This property. And... This property. And... I mean... You know, the other thing I haven't talked about is... I'm not gonna put it over here. There's an embutter here. And... Every time we do a commercial property, they are... You have to consider this a commercial property. You know, it's a town property. Um... And they're obligated to screen whatever they're building from residential embutters. Uh huh. So they really should put some landscape screening along this town. Uh huh. Uh huh. How tall is the building? What's that? How tall is the building? It's a regular height. It's like 25 feet high. It's one story. There's one of them. Yeah, that's it. So, I don't know. I was guessing. I don't give you that idea. So, this will look like a kind of residential building? Yeah. But, if you look at the elevations, it's windows on that. Should put some that are just kind of... They're scattered in a very strange way. Yeah. They combine this with another station. It's really behind the fence. Behind the fence on the... Yeah, that'll help. You just see that. And then the fence goes... People will see the roof. Yeah. They're gonna show us... I'll see it. But are we... you said Robert has... How are we gonna get it? You can go in and pick it up. So, we're not gonna bother anything tonight. We have to see what they bring in on Tuesday. Okay. So, this matter is deferred until next week. And I do want to ask... They are able to come in in person next week. Now that you see what kind of drawings are. I'm not sure how easy it would be to have a meeting on Zoom with so many partners. As opposed to coming in on person next week. Yeah. They all do it either way. So, Tuesday or Thursday? Tuesday. Tuesday. Tuesday. Tuesday I call it. In Thursday matter. My daughtership has a practice till 7.15. So, on Thursday. So, usually it's... Okay. But is Tuesday okay? Yeah. And is that... In person? 7 or 7.30? 7.30, yeah. 7.30. Okay. Yeah, it's fine for me. So, I will write it up when I get home for a 7.30 meeting in person. So, we are... The amended design guidelines, he did not... He sent you a link that I had sent him. And the link of the design guidelines to a document that exists. And I... I think what we really need to do... This... These comments go back to me. Um... I don't... I don't... Really think... Without you having to see... Having seen any of this... I don't think it's going to be very constructive... For us to talk about it. And yet... I want you to know that... Lenita and I worked this up... Yeah. And then she got too busy doing... Two jobs. She was with both as only... Even planning. So, she couldn't help me. We got to a stopping point... Just where I was... I really was... I felt we were ready to just... Revise the... Revise the document... As marked up. Well, since that time... I've had second thoughts about a lot of these things. So, I want to revisit... There's about five or six items in here. That... If you had your own document... You could just turn to the page and we'll... Talk about that. Page by page. Okay. And since it's not in your packet... Let's... We can put that off again until... Excuse me. Yeah. So, maybe... Let's... It's a link to this document that I had. Okay. That I had gotten from Anita. And... That's the name of it. Okay. And if you... If you didn't... It was... Strange. What Robert did was... He forwarded you... My email. That had the link in it. So, when you got Robert's letter... He didn't say... Oh, and by the way... Go to Bill's email and download the link. That's why I don't know what you're talking about. Yeah. Because... Looking at my emails and... I don't know why. We have... Like I said... Communication problem. Okay. So... Um... We'll get to it. Okay. We'll get to it next Tuesday. Don't find it. If you don't find it... Just send me an email and I'll send you the link directly. Could you send me the link directly to my email, but it's possible not to the guy on the phone. Yeah. It wouldn't hurt for you to send it to us both if you don't mind. Because it may take me a while to find it. Yeah. I'll just send it to both of you. Yeah. That'd be great. Okay. Um... But that... That... That... You know, it's a pretty thick document. And... Um... There's a lot to talk about. Because I think... Now that Nina's not involved... We may want to revisit a lot of the things that she was trying to do. That, you know, were nice, but not necessary. Can you give me a little summary of sort of what is its status? I know you... Of this? Yeah. You've mentioned that you've been working on... Well, I... I was ready in May to say to Nina, okay, please make these edits to the document and we're good to go. Okay. But... Now that I've had this time... Much time to think about it... And she's not involved in it... There were a lot of things I was doing... Basically... When you're working with people... I've worked with people my entire life... And you have to allow them to have a little piece in it... Or else... They're not going to like working for you. Right. So a lot of it was left in there because they were her little pet projects. And I thought, okay, fine, we've got it. But... I was only leaving it in because she liked doing them. I wanted to have them in there. I... I can't remember how many of those that are in here. I mean, there are things that you will agree. For example, she put in here... Want to get involved? And a little ad telling you how to get involved in the... In that review. I don't think it would work. I don't think... It's... It's kind of like an ad in the middle of a document. Where someone that comes to this document... Wants to know what our guidelines are. It's like the wrong audiences... I think. I hear you. So I... There are reasons not to do some of these things. So... So... You'll send us the link and then... We'll talk about it at the next meeting? Yeah. Is that the plan? Yeah. Okay. So that's that item. This is the way to call it. So... The... Cachuchula... Is in the factory. And I... And I think he had sent you... This document... That I made my own copy. And this... This is... For the... Um... Mike Fayette... Has... Has looked at these two signs. This is the existing town. And then this is the... This one across... Street. That is the safety... Public safety building. And he... He... I think he has a good idea that... The town should... Standardize their image... And have... Future signs... Be similar... If not... You know... Identical. So... So... Probably. So... Um... So... I walked through... A sequence of ideas... I went and looked at... Over in Wayland... Library... There's a sign that still has... And you might notice... He... He originally thought... Well let's just make them all like this. So I thought okay... I talked to a couple of people in town... Not only love this sign... Um... Um... He still likes the Granted Post idea... And I think no one objects to that. So... The idea was... That... And the... And the problem I think... That some people have with this... Is that it... Doesn't have... What the design guidelines... Are about... Which is... To have... A New England... Traditional... Style... Character... This... This is straight modern... It's got a little molding there... But... It's not... And this is... The very... 1950s... Fruit Free... Traditional... So I'm thinking... Moving away from being... Overly decorative... And still having... The character that they have... In the way... And the reason to stay... Another reason to stay with it is... All the state... Town of signs are this... They're all... The sort of... Traditional... New England... The whole state... We're not out of line... This is one that's over in Lincoln... And it's... Basically... Very similar to what I thought... Michael Fay would like... To send it... You know... I brought him this picture... He likes that a lot... So it's basically... Grand posts... But... And what I did was on the back page... Uh-huh... Basically... I brought the sign up above the posts... And it steps up to that shape... It's still a very simple modification... But it does have a little of the decorative... Feature... And... I'm not married to this... And... Open to suggestions... If... You guys want to take it further... I think it's... All looks nice... Just... It's a problem with lightening... Because it's... Uh... We need to think... How to light it up... From above... In some way... Because... You know... That's... That's a really good point... I think Mike's trying to save money... There's no light out there... We can get... Solar lights... That are solar generated... So... I think I could talk him into doing that... We need some... Okay... I think that's a good point... Because people need to see where the churn... I agree... Especially in the winter... Yeah... In the winter... It's dark by 4.30... There's meetings every night... Yeah... You're right... Yeah... And we know where the entrance... For people who need to find the building... I know... It's hard to find that sign... If you're coming from... Excuse me... The West... If you're coming from... Excuse me... The West... If you're walking my throat... If you're coming from the West... On the 20... And you want to turn... You're looking for the... Street... To get into the town building... You're asking... Before you can see... It's really a problem... He didn't ask me to solve that problem... Yeah... But at least the lights would help... The other thing that would help is... To go back to that... See... I'm sorry... I'm starting to find that sign... If you're coming from... It's hard to find that sign... If you're coming from... The West... The West... building. You're past it before you even see it. It's really a problem. He didn't ask me to solve that problem. Yeah, but at least the lights would help. The other thing that would help is, if you go back to that spot, this doesn't quite show it, but just beyond this, the vegetation comes around and then there's Route 126 and 27, and that road has a steel bumper, which is really exciting. It's all rusted in there. You kind of wonder why it's even there, but if we have to leave it there, we would do that. But what I noticed in Weston, we're in all the nearby towns. Weston doesn't have a town building sign. Instead, they have a banner on that corner where the, I don't know if you know from Weston, there's that hollowed out. It used to be a pond. It's a green. Right in the corner of that, you look across that and that's their town building. So they have, they created a little, like this is that corner, they created a little patio kind of surface there, a paved walking surface with an urn and plants and they basically have a nice floral sign that works in the submarine. But I thought we could tone it down if you remember coming into Wayland No. 20. The garden club put in a low wall where the town sign is and it's basically supposed to look like an old field stone farm wall. And I think, I think it looks okay. We could just put a little, not very high, not two stones high, stone wall that helps define this as the sign area. And whip it around following the vegetation. Vegetation curves around and then finally is met by the guard rail. And I would, I would even take one of those links of the guard rail out and pull it back and pull the stone out to the edge. This whole area is part of the entrance. And if you want, we can work on that site. I never drew it, but we can. I don't know what his opinion is about the color, about the black and white. And about the material. I thought it's blue, huh? It's what? It's blue, huh? It's not blue. It could be. So that's something we should discuss. I can discuss it with him, too, if he has an opinion. I hadn't heard. He was just, you know, fine. These are different. Looks like that's more blue. This looks black. This light blue looks more like, you know, Cape Cod style. But this one, I think, it's nice compromise, yeah, between black and black. All right. Well, we work on the colors, then. And I can ask Mike if he, he's basically, leaving for that, um, But Alaskan, he had any assumptions there. What he did assume that I think is important to consider is that this material is... So he wants to go to PVC. I'm not crazy about the idea of using plastic anywhere. So he said it doesn't matter. It could be cement board, which is a little bit more. But I just... People that have just applied for a new sign at the town center have a material that you might have used. I had never heard of it. They have a heat-tempered, yeah, and they basically, they take cedar as one of the woods, they put it in a vacuum, and then they heat it up tremendously. Catch fire because it's in a vacuum. And it basically tempers the woods so that it is not porous as it doesn't absorb water anymore. So, and it still has a lot of the wood character, the wood color, the wood gray. So, um, I thought I'd ask them for a sample of what they're doing. If you guys are interested, I would consider that instead of... But we will have to paint it anyway. And what? We will need to paint it to get white. If they want the white, that's correct. And, um, and that's why he likes the Azek, which is a PVC, you don't have to paint it. But you might notice that there's people putting all these PVC fences up. It's, um, there's, I'm sure what the reason is. There's, there's, um, electrostatic, that's what it is, electrostatic character to it. And it absorbs dust. Basically, people are all out there washing off their white fences. Yeah. Because it's, it's like magnets for dust. It collects the dust that comes up from the ground. Uh, so, maybe you can get a PVC that's de-sona-sabelized so that it's not electrostatic. But we need to consider the material further. The post, the new sketch. Okay. Because maybe we could, like, we need to think, like, about proportion of the post versus the sands itself. So maybe if we will raise it, we could use it for lighting, to direct the lights from the sides. Yeah, if you look at this existing one, they're using it for flags. And I think Mike wanted to do that still. Because the veterans want to have that. We need to address that as well. Okay, so maybe lights from above, from behind. I think that's a good idea, certainly better than putting it on the ground. Because in the winter, the grounds, the snow and ice will, lights from even reaching. Yeah, and also solar lamps are so cheap, you could find them there for it multiple times there. So, maybe because of the snow to raise it a little bit? Yeah, it would be. It should be. This was kind of left over and I was trying to keep it at the existing height. But it's not. This is the existing height of that. And this one's actually a little. But I was going to match this height. I think it might be not finally a little. Yeah, this is also the reason why the bottom is so deteriorated. Because of the snow. Yeah, I'm sure. Yeah, probably still too close. So, if you will raise it up. Yeah, that's what they did. First of all, it will be more feasible. And second, it will be preserved better. Any other comments? I think the last item for today is the annual report, which is in your packet. Looks like this. Besides. And it's been double checked. I had done the first draft and Robert found a couple of things I left out. And he did some editing and he had actually suggested I do. And a little brief description of what each of these applications were. So, I've done that. So, it's a vast improvement over the last year or something. And more important. Do you want to do any of that? Is, um, up here in the board members list at the top. Is that your name, Tom? Is it Tania? Oh yeah. Tatiana. Tatiana is my full name. Oh, so this is a nickname. Yeah. Okay. Are you okay with that? I have to fill it. Okay. Good to know. Yeah. And so then the next one, of course, Robin's dropping out as of today. So, that will change. And it's interesting that the way the format that they gave us is you list a chair separately and then you list the board members. I would have put myself as a board member. Uh-huh. But that's not another template there. Any problems with it? No. I found a typo, Bill. Oh. When do you have to turn this in? Which one? When do you have to turn it in? Uh, I have two days. Oh. Okay. I think you want the. So then? Then we should really work carefully. Move it as amended. Move it as amended. Second on. Can I just ask a question before? Sure. Why did you break up the bullets into calendar years? Because that's how my files are. I don't know. I mean, it's the report. It's not necessary. It's a report for the year, right? Yeah, but I don't know. Fiscal years? Between July and, I mean, you have it beginning in July. So you want to just take that out? Yeah. I would combine the number of meetings and make it a yearly report. Because it's an artificial distinction in my view. It's easily done. Yeah. You can do that. So you just say between July 1, 2025 and July 1, 2026. The board met 11 times. So we changed that to... That's it. Right? Now can I approve the annual report as amended? I think that we need a motion to adjourn. There's a... Matters not reasonably anticipated. Are there any new matters in favor of the jury? Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Yes.
Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Yes.
