The Office of the Attorney General has partially approved Article 19 from Wayland’s 2025 Annual Town Meeting, concerning Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). Partial approval was granted due to a conflict with MGL Chapter 40A, Section 3. A copy of the bylaw, as amended or adopted, is available for public inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk. Any legal challenge claiming that the bylaw is invalid due to a procedural defect in its adoption or amendment must be fi led within 90 days of the date of this posting.
