steve good here zach ventris here all right we have a quorum and ready to start the meeting and
um moderator do we have any public available in the waiting room for public comment
okay so i don't believe there's public comment and we'll start with rob with the first item on the agenda which is to review the minutes from january 12th on page three minutes january 12th two pages open session i have no comments okay i don't i don't either zach any comments or would there a motion to accept the minutes from january 12th i move the accept the minutes from uh monday january 12th 2026 is presented i second and by roll call vote do you click good yes zach ventris yes and philip parks yes he's unanimous thank you on page five fiscal year 2026 calendar year 2025 this is the seventh commitment a total tax value of 14 12th 18863 dollars and three cents to be issued february 23rd so if we have no questions we're we just need a motion to accept this uh commitment uh at the amount stated uh let's see i move that we accept the uh 2026 real estate personal property rate minutes as as presented i second and by roll call vote steve klitgard yes zach ventris yes and philip parks yes unanimous thank you i'm on page seven fiscal year 2026 calendar year 2026 first commitment tax value two million four hundred and ninety one thousand one hundred and sixty four dollars forty five cents to be issued february 23rd okay do i have a motion to accept this first commitment of two million four hundred ninety one thousand one hundred sixty four dollars and forty five cents to be issued on february 23rd 2026 and will we accept as presented yes second and by roll call vote steve klitkwood yes
zach ventris yes and philip parks yes thank you unanimous directors review update of office activities um i've shared with the board the last two um emails a uh calendar 2026 uh proposed zoom meeting schedule so take a look at that when you have a chance um abatements are due tonight by 7 pm we'll start review of those uh abatements and we'll start inspections as well as early as february 9th income and expense forms are due march 2nd and collection of those forms is ongoing staff once again is supporting the council on aging with real estate value information and verification of ownership with their constituents as part of their calendar 2025 tax preparation and we uh we received uh three submissions for our request for proposals for interim year 2027 interim year 2028 and recertification year 2029 and currently they're uh they're being reviewed separately for performance and price uh year 2028 and year 2029 are town options we're going to move right along because we're going to lose our quorum soon so are there any topics not reasonably anticipated by the board in advance of this meeting nope not for me are there any members uh thoughts and concerns i'm all set thank you okay our proposed next meeting is monday march 2nd an open session an executive session philip would you uh look to adjourn the meeting and tell us why we're going into executive session please will do so uh we'll plan to adjourn uh to into executive session for purposes of complying with glc 59 section 60 and glc 214 section 1 bravo as permitted by purpose 7 of gl c30 alpha and section 21 to review and discuss uh minutes from january the 12th 2026 executive session we'll vote to accept and release those minutes we'll also review motor vehicle abatements for the month of january we'll vote to accept those abatements and then we'll view uh atb docket case number uh f as in frank three five four five eight six and then also uh realist fiscal year uh real estate abatements um we'll not return to open session from that from that executive session so by roll call vote we'll exit this meeting and enter executive session philip parks yes steve click on yes zach ventris yes that's unanimous we'll exit to executive session at 6 12 pm okay thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you
