So, calling this meeting in order, pursuant to the Chapter 2 of the Access 2025, this meeting will be conducted in person or via remote access in accordance with the applicable law.
If this meeting is remote access, one may watch or participate remotely with a meeting link that can be found at the Town of Wayland website.
Required by law or allowed by the chairperson who is wishing to provide public comment or otherwise participate in the meeting, may do so at the meeting location, in person, or remote access as applicable.
In attendance, we have Jackie Vega, Mary Antti, Susan Weinstein, and Mike Staiti.
Opening, first item on agenda is to approve the minutes from the January 13th meeting. I have a couple of edits. Sorry. I was going to say you'll notice that the minutes are different. The Town has a format now. Not all boards seem to be using it, but that's why it looks different. Same thing for the agenda. Yeah. Yeah. In terms of edits, members absent, it's Ann Brensley with an N rather than an M. And who is, we actually have another board member? This is the person from the planning board. And they don't come to this one and a different one doesn't come to the housing partnership. But the planning board has a right to appoint members and they have, but they don't come. I don't think they have the right to appoint members. I think they recommend. They have the right to recommend. Yeah. For this election. And they're supposed to get preference or something.
All right. In the review and vote to approve grant requests on the first line, approved is the wrong tense. So I would say to approve reimbursement of the cost or covering the cost. And then I think we need a motion to adjourn at the bottom.
What about that? Hmm? What about the motion to adjourn? There was none. I'm sorry. There was one, but it wasn't recorded. How's that?
I would guess it was me and Jackie seconded. And we adjourned at like 625. Oh, this is 558. No. Oh, that can't be right. Maybe we started early.

All right. Next on the agenda, primary reason for this meeting is this invoice from Connerstone. It's been hanging out. We've approved it, but not specifically enough. So I'm going to make a motion to approve invoice 1722 dated 530, 2025, which was for an amendment to the comprehensive permit plan of $325 to Connerstone Engineering. Susan, you can let us know where the funds will come from.
This is for Hammond? Mm-hmm. That can come from CPA money.
$325 to be funded from CPA money. Do I have a second? Second. Roll call vote. Jackie? Yes. Mary? Yes. Susan? I'm not sure who seconded it. Is it Susan? I did. Susan did. Thank you. I proposed it. And Mike, yes. And Mike, yes. Yep. 4-0. Okay, updates. Along the lines of good news, the special permit was finally issued. It was filed with the town clerk, and today was the last day for appeals. So I will be following up on that and getting that in the master deed recorded, at which point things should start moving forward with Habitat for Humanity. Thank you. So, yes, that's excellent news. There's nothing else to report on 12 Hammond. Good Shepherd, does anybody have any updates on that?
Are they moving? Are they being sued, or what's going on? Well, I think they're ready to move ahead. They're waiting on funding? They've got the funding. They still had an issue with conservation, but they've worked out whatever the agreement is between conservation and POA. Okay, great. Well, they should be requesting funds from us then in the relatively near future. Yes. Does anybody have any updates on 232 Cachituate, the group home? 212? No. 212, 232. It's all ball bearings. They have submitted their report. Did you get a copy of it? I did not. Okay, I can forward you a copy of the report that was submitted to the select board. And the select board control the land, so they're going to vote on this, and then that'll be that? Yeah. And what was the recommendation?
A smaller number than what we had hoped for. Smaller number of units or smaller number of rooms in the group home? Well, no. I think the recommendation or what the recommendation is expected is like two small group homes.
And, of course, we'd hope to have more units on a parcel that size. So, at some point, the select board will discuss it, and perhaps some of us can get there and push for more units.
Yep. Yep. It's crazy. Two units on that much land. It's all sand and gravel, but it is what it is. All right. Any other matters? It's not reasonably anticipated.
