Residents file to run for office

With the Annual Town Election a little more than two months away on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, the following residents have pulled papers.

The last day to submit nomination papers for certification is March 10 at 5 p.m. to run for office. The last day to submit nomination papers is 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10.

  • Board of Assessors (two seats): no candidates yet.
  • Board of Health (two seats): Jonathan Storr
  • Board of Health: Katie Stiff
  • Board of Library Trustees (two seats): Aida Gennis (certified Jan. 21, 2026) and Leah Hart
  • Board of Public Works (one seat): no candidates yet.
  • Moderator (one seat): Miranda Jones
  • Planning Board (one seat): William Sterling (certified Feb. 10, 2026)
  • Recreation Commission (one seat): Mark Norton
  • Recreation Commission (one seat, to fill a vacancy): Michael Grant
  • Select Board (two seats): Bill Whit-ney (certified Jan. 30, 2026) and Christopher Reynolds
  • School Committee (two seats): Jessica Traue and Prashant Shukla
  • Trust Fund Commission (one seat): Robert Fox
