Wayland Girl Scouts held their annual Court of Awards Ceremony on Sept. 18. Five Wayland Troopers bridged to higher levels. Nine Troop 84326 Cadettes earned their Silver Award pins and certificates for completing four separate accomplishments, each working for more than 50 hours. They made sustainable changes within their community. Five girls from the same troop earned a Service to Scouting pin for 20 community service hours.
They all bridged from Cadettes to Seniors. “They are considerate, passionate, and responsible, making the world a better place,” said troop leader Lisa Garcia-Rivera. Other troop leaders and mentors are Jen Jagolinzer, Heather Gruber, and Beth Tobin.
