This FT position requires skills and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, snow removal, grounds keeping, and general cleaning procedures. On-call paid duty will require overtime. Min. 2 years experience in maintenance of Bldgs. & grounds, MA drivers License, HS diploma. Excellent benefit package including medical insurance and defined benefit retirement.
