The Zoning Board of Appeals voted 4‑0 on Oct. 13 to accept withdrawal without prejudice of a request to convert the approved 52-unit rental development at 373 Commonwealth Road to condominiums. The board had determined on Sept. 17 that the proposed change constituted a substantial modification of the development’s Chapter 40B approval.
The board also voted 4‑0 to accept withdrawal of a shed application at 105 Plain Road.
