None of the five entries from the Wayland-Weston Rowing Association at the Head of the Charles Regatta Oct. 17-19 qualified for next year by finishing in the top half. But any team or individual hoping to row on the Charles River in 2026 will have the opportunity via a lottery system.

Here are the results for the entries from WWRA, with finish/entries and Wayland residents listed: Men’s Grand Master,104/120; Women’s Master, 25/41; Women’s Youth 8, 66/86 (Karina Andersson, Ashley Maddocks, Mia Farley, Vivian Munton); Men’s 4, 27/37 (Paul Dale); Parent/Child, 55/60 (Nik Andersson, Karina Andersson). The Youth 8 team from the Wayland-Weston Rowing Association came in 66th out of 86 entries.
