The board on Oct. 20 debated a draft remote work policy without adopting it, raising questions about public access to employees, fairness among positions and the number of days employees could work remotely. Members will submit written comments to Human Resources Director Kate Ryan. The board also discussed having Ryan handle routine job description revisions while bringing classification or fairness questions to members.
Next: The board meets Dec. 8 at 4 p.m.
