The committee voted 13-0 to approve a disability awareness fact sheet for its town webpage and Facebook page, including a link to the Americans with Disabilities Act’s definition of disability. Members also heard on Oct. 20 that the town applied for a state grant to audit accessibility policies, programs and facilities. A grant decision was expected in early November.
