Norton Foundation, founded just two years ago, has already established itself as a major community institution, and a much loved legacy of Eliza’s all too short life and times. Marked by beautiful weather, hundreds of local kids, Eliza’s friends, and community members helped celebrate the foundaction;s annual Celebrate with Heart event, held Sunday, Oct 6, at Cochituate Ball Park.
