The board voted 5-0 at its Oct. 21 meeting to continue the hearing on a proposed supportive living residence at 1 Hobbs Road to Dec. 16, seeking additional driveway visibility analysis and revisions to the nonprofit operator’s lease. In a separate 5-0 vote, members authorized Town Planner Robert Hummel to obtain traffic and stormwater reviews for a proposed child care use at 200 Commonwealth Road.
